3. Eligibility & User Accounts
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post listings.
3.2 Account registration
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all actions taken under your account. We may request identity or business verification when required by law or to prevent fraud.
3.3 Account suspension or deletion
Your account (and any listings) may be suspended, restricted, or removed if:

- • suspicious, fraudulent, or misleading activity is detected
- • you post illegal or prohibited content
- • your account remains inactive for an extended period
- • your actions risk harming users or the Platform
4. User Responsibilities
By posting a listing or using the Platform, you confirm that:

- 2. All information provided is accurate and not misleading.
- 3. You comply with applicable Maltese and EU laws.
- 4. You do not infringe any copyrights or intellectual property.
- 5. You are responsible for assessing the legitimacy of buyers and sellers.
5. Prohibited Content & Behaviour
You may not use Hubb.mt to post, promote, or engage in the following:
5.1 Illegal or restricted items
- • Weapons, explosives, ammunition
- • Drugs or controlled substances
- • Stolen goods
- • Counterfeit products
- • Personal data or hacked materials
- • Pornographic or sexual services
- • Any item prohibited under Maltese or EU law
5.2 Misleading or harmful content

- • Duplicate spam postings
- • Hate speech or discrimination
- • Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour
- • Scams, phishing, or malicious activity
5.3 Improper use of the platform

- • Bot usage or fake account creation
- • Circumventing moderation
- • Tampering with system security
We may remove any content that violates these Terms.
6. Moderation of Listings (Digital Services Act – DSA)
6.1 Pre-publication review
All listings may be reviewed for rule compliance, but we do not verify the accuracy or authenticity of submitted information.
6.2 Illegal content reporting
To report illegal or violating content, use the report function or email [email protected]. Reports are handled under EU DSA requirements.
6.3 No guarantee
Moderation does not guarantee that listings are genuine or that sellers are legitimate.
7. Payments, Pricing & Refunds
Some features such as boosts or promoted listings require payment. Prices are listed in EUR and may include VAT. All payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store card details.
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Refunds are not issued when:
- • content is removed due to rule violation
- • user error
- • account suspension
- • low views or performance
Promotion does not guarantee sales or enquiries.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our IP
All non-user Platform content, including design and software, belongs to Hubb.mt or its licensors.
8.2 User Content License
By posting content, you grant Hubb.mt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use and distribute your content for Platform operation and promotion.
9. Disclaimer & Liability
9.1 Platform provided “as is”
We do not guarantee continuous availability, listing accuracy, user legitimacy, or successful outcomes.
9.2 No responsibility for user interactions
We are not involved in transactions and disclaim responsibility for disputes, losses, or damages.
9.3 Maximum liability
Our liability is limited to payments made for services in the previous 30 days.
10. External Links
We are not responsible for third-party content or websites linked from the Platform.
